This is an ESSENTIAL step that I require before creating a program for any clients. This helps me, help you, on your Journey.
During the first phase of the consultation we will go over your reasons WHY, break down your goals, and take a look into your Health History.
In the second phase we will conduct a brief fitness assessment, where i will guide you through a series of static and dynamic postural assessments, that give me further insight into your body mechanics.
This helps me create a SAFE program, designed specifically for you!
The third and final phase is up to YOU. This is where you can ask me any questions like, how to use specific equipment, to a quick briefing on form.
You can also use this time to talk about scheduling, and get further details on the personal training packages I have to offer or any upcoming classes you can attend!
